More than care
Family-Owned Senior Living Community in Eutawville, SC
Deciding your loved one needs more support isn’t a single moment; it’s a hundred small ones adding up. Magnolias of Eutawville was built to meet that moment with patience, plain answers, and a setting that feels like home.
A SIMPLER APPROACH TO CARE
Assisted Living starting at $3,750 a month.
We built our pricing the way we’d want it explained to our own family: one flat monthly rate, with no separate levels-of-care tiers stacked on top and no community or application fees hidden in the fine print.
The starting rate reflects a single furnished room; a full conversation with our team will walk you through exactly what’s included for your loved one’s specific needs.
A FAMILY LEGACY OF CARE
More than four decades of caring for older adults.
Magnolias of Eutawville opened its doors on November 27, 2025, but the Lockwood family’s work in senior care goes back more than forty years to sister communities in Santee and Walterboro, and now here.
Every lesson learned across four decades of caring for older adults went into how this newest community was designed and staffed, from the layout of the rooms to the way our team is trained to treat every single resident.
a question we hear often
How do you know it's time?
Almost every family we meet waited longer than they needed to. That’s not a criticism, it’s love, expressed as hesitation. But waiting for total certainty usually just means trading calm, connected time for months of worry.
“Better five months early than five minutes too late.”
The families who move sooner rarely talk about what they lost. They talk about the dinners, the visits, and the ordinary afternoons they got to have because someone else was handling the hard parts.
living options
Assisted Living, done thoughtfully.
We keep our focus narrow so we can do it well, rather than spreading ourselves across services we can’t deliver with the same care.
Assisted Living
Everyday support with bathing, dressing, medication, and meals, built around each resident’s own routine rather than a fixed schedule.
CARE THAT KEEPS PACE WITH LIFE
Care built around your loved one.
No two residents arrive with the same history or the same needs, so no two care plans at Magnolias of Eutawville look alike.
Our on-site Registered Nurse administrator oversees every plan directly, and our team coordinates closely with families, in-house on-call medical providers, and outside hospice and home health partners whenever more support is called for.
Personalized care plans
Support is shaped around each resident’s personal needs, routines, preferences, and abilities.

Families & residents love Magnolias of Eutawville
We can describe what a day here feels like, but it lands differently coming from the people actually living it.
What matters most to us is simple: that a resident feels at home, and that their family feels at peace.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
More than care. A place to feel at home.
That’s been the Lockwood family mission since 1979, and it’s exactly what carried over into building Magnolias of Eutawville from the ground up.
We believe the smallest gestures, a remembered name, a held hand, a shared laugh over morning coffee, make the biggest difference in someone’s day. Everything else follows from that.
