Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions? We have answers!
Choosing the right senior living community for a loved one often comes with many questions, so we’ve gathered the most common ones families ask us just for you. If you can’t find the question you’re looking for, we’re happy to assist!
What's actually included in the monthly fee?
We understand every dollar matters when you’re planning for a loved one’s care. Three meals a day plus an evening snack, laundry, housekeeping, activities, and help with daily living tasks are all included in one flat monthly rate, no surprises added later.
How much does Assisted Living cost here?
We know pricing is often the first thing families need to know. Assisted Living at Magnolias of Eutawville starts at $3,750 a month, with no separate levels-of-care charges or community fees layered on top.
How do I set up a tour?
We’d genuinely love to show you around. Tours are booked through our online scheduling system, with visits available between 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., reach out any time and we’ll find a time that works.
Can my loved one bring their pet?
We know pets are family too. Yes, in private accommodations, as long as vaccination records are current and the resident is able to care for them.
Do you provide transportation to appointments?
Yes — we arrange scheduled transportation for medical appointments and outings, so getting to a doctor’s visit is one less thing for your family to coordinate.
Is housekeeping included in the monthly fee?
It is. We want your loved one spending their energy on living fully, not on chores.
What about special diets?
We take dietary needs seriously and accommodate them, working with our dietitian to keep meals both safe and enjoyable.
Will someone help manage medications?
Yes. Medication management is part of every resident’s daily care, overseen by our on-site RN Administrator.
Is nursing support available if something comes up?
Always. We provide 24-hour on-site nursing, plus in-house, on-call medical providers, so help is never far away — for your loved one or for your peace of mind.
Can residents bring their own furniture?
Yes. We know familiar belongings make a new room feel like home faster. Rooms come furnished, but residents are welcome to bring their own pieces instead.
What does the move-in process involve?
We try to make this step as easy as possible during an already emotional time. Move-in includes a TB test, which our nurses administer right here on site so your family doesn’t need to arrange a separate doctor’s visit.
What if my loved one's care needs change after they move in?
We adjust their care plan in place, so there’s no need to relocate or start the process over. You’ll hear from us if anything changes.
